There is no checkout on this page. What you put together here becomes a quote that a person writes. We'll explain your part options before you decide.

  1. Set the spec

    Take the four guided questions and adjust the machine we suggest, or open the expert view and fill each slot yourself. Socket, clearance and wattage conflicts are flagged while you work.

  2. A technician reads it

    Someone at the Elk Grove bench works down the list, checks what we can source right now, and puts a figure against each line.

  3. Nothing moves without your yes

    The quote comes back to you in writing. Swap a part, drop one, or ask what else would do the job before anything is ordered.

  4. Assembly and load testing

    We cable it, update firmware and run it under load on the bench before it goes anywhere. Collect it at the shop, or ask about delivery and setup when the quote goes out.

Why are there no prices in the builder?
The tool is here to produce a parts list that actually fits together, not a checkout. Figures come back from the shop once a technician has confirmed what we can get hold of.
What if the check panel flags my build?
Send it over anyway. The panel names the two parts that disagree and what would settle it, and a technician goes over the final list before any order is placed.
Do I have to stay inside the catalog?
The catalog is what we build with most and can get reliably. If stock moves we may put an equivalent board, drive or card in the quote, so note the model in the comments when that exact one matters.
Can I come back to a build later?
The address bar updates with every pick, so the link is the build. Bookmark it, pass it to someone else, or print the page. The builder also keeps the last one in your browser, so closing the tab does not lose it.
Can I supply parts myself?

When would the machine be ready?
Ask about turnaround when you check in; it depends on the repair and parts availability.
What if something fails after I take it home?
Ask about our repair warranty; terms are printed on your repair ticket.
Is this only for gaming rigs?
No. The guided route has starting points for gaming, creative work, office use, AI work and streaming, and the expert view leaves every slot open. If you need something the catalog does not cover, put it in the notes and we will work it out with you.
