Some of this is software and some of it is hardware, and from the outside the two look alike. Software faults can often be handled over a remote session; anything that needs parts or a soldering iron comes to the shop.

Pop-ups, browser hijacks, a machine that suddenly crawls. We find what is running and take it off. -

If the fault sits in the operating system or an application, we can often work on it over a remote session while the machine stays where it is. -
