We tell you exactly what's wrong, what it'll cost to fix, and how long it'll take. The diagnostic fee (starts at $49) applies toward the repair if you proceed.
Repair or honest no
If it's worth fixing, we fix it. If the cost of repair is close to the cost of replacement, we'll tell you that honestly — no pressure to repair.

On Pricing
The diagnostic fee, explained.
Diagnostics start at $49 for phones, tablets, and laptops, and run $99 for desktops, gaming PCs, and liquid-damage or data-recovery work, which take more time. If you proceed with the repair, that fee is applied toward the total cost — so you only pay it if you decide not to move forward.
Why charge for diagnosis? Because doing it properly takes a few hours of a technician’s time and we use real diagnostic tools, not guesses. Free “diagnostics” usually mean a 5-minute look and a guess at what to upsell. We’d rather charge fairly and get the answer right.
Once we know what’s wrong, we quote the repair up front. If the repair cost approaches what a replacement would cost, we tell you honestly — some machines aren’t worth fixing, and you deserve to know that before you spend on a repair.
