Controller drift and charge ports. Joy-Cons, DualSense and Xbox controllers all wear out their stick modules. We replace the module rather than nudging deadzone settings, and worn charge ports get rebuilt on the same bench.

Power and no-boot faults. A console with no sign of life, or one that cycles and stops, is a measurement job: supply rails, the power board and the mainboard get checked before any part is ordered.

Storage. Internal drives fail, and both current platforms accept more space: an NVMe drive in the PS5 expansion slot, a proprietary card on Xbox Series systems. We fit them, format them and test them under load.

Teardowns that went sideways. Torn ribbon connectors, stripped screws and a missing pad are routine work here. If your own repair stalled halfway, bring the loose parts in the bag with it.
