List the software
Bring your computer (or have us pick it up) along with your software list, license keys, and account logins for any subscription apps.
Pre-flight check
We verify your system meets the requirements (storage, RAM, GPU, OS version) and flag anything that needs an upgrade first.
Quote + plan
We tell you what it'll cost to install and configure the list. Bulk installs and full-machine setups get bundled pricing.
Install + verify
We install, license, configure, run a real-world test for each app, and document what we did so you know where everything is.

On Pricing
Per-install or bundle.
For a single app, we charge a flat install fee that covers license activation, configuration, and verification. For multiple apps or a full new-computer setup, we bundle the pricing so you’re not paying per-app.
You bring your license keys or subscription logins, and we use them — the software stays yours. If you need help figuring out which version or tier to buy, we’ll advise before you buy. No upsell pressure on software you don’t need.
Call ahead with your list and we’ll give you a rough quote before you come in.

Upfront pricing
Know the cost before we start. Your diagnostic fee ($49–$99, depending on the device) is applied to the repair if you go ahead. If more is needed, we'll do .

Same-day service
Need your device back fast? Most of our repairs are done as soon as the same day.
30-day warranty
