They did a diagnosis after opening it up and they were true to the quote they gave me. It took around a week since they needed to order the part, but I think the repair was fairly quick. I ran into some issues with my laptop.. Out of no where after an windows update the laptop stopped working and this blue screen came up saying that it couldn't load. Mind you All of my work was in this laptop.. First thing I did is call Igeek and immediately they were able to assist me.
