Plenty of Mac work gets shipped to a third party the moment the logic board is involved. That work happens here instead: no-power diagnosis, tracing power rails, component replacement and micro-soldering on the board itself. Advanced repair work is performed in-house where applicable. An iMac panel is its own discipline, since it is bonded to the chassis and has to come off with heat and cutting wire, then go back on with fresh adhesive and nothing trapped behind the glass.

Nothing on screen, nothing at all. No picture, no fan, no chime. The question is whether power reaches the board and where it stops, so we meter the rails and follow the fault instead of swapping parts on a hunch.

iMac display replacement. Cracked glass, lines through the panel, patches where the backlight has gone. The panel is separated from the chassis, the old adhesive is cleaned off, and every trace of dust comes out of the cavity before the new panel goes down.

Heat and noise. Packed fins and dried-out thermal paste make a Mac loud, slow and prone to cutting out under load. We strip the cooling assembly, clean it, renew the paste, and replace a fan whose bearing has started to rumble.

Storage and memory. An Intel Mac will often take a bigger SSD or more RAM, which keeps a usable machine in service far longer. Apple Silicon carries its memory on the processor package and its storage on the board, so there we confirm what the machine actually has and tell you straight.

Liquid damage. A spill into an iMac or a Mac mini is a corrosion problem, and corrosion keeps working long after the case feels dry. Sooner is better than later: our liquid damage page covers how that job runs.
