What we don’t repair
We’d rather be upfront than waste your time. There are a few things we don’t take in for repair — usually because the parts cost more than the device is worth. Here’s the honest list, plus what we can still help you with.
TVs & monitors
We don't repair televisions or computer monitors. On most modern panels the replacement parts cost more than the display is worth, so a repair rarely makes sense.
Headsets & earbuds
Gaming headsets and wireless earbuds aren't economical to repair — the parts and labor typically exceed the cost of a replacement.
Budget Bluetooth speakers & soundbars
Entry-level Bluetooth speakers and soundbars fall into the same bucket: the repair usually costs more than buying new.
Phones older than iPhone 8
For phones older than the iPhone 8, parts availability and value make a repair hard to justify — with one exception below.
What we can still do
Even if your device is on the list above, it may still be worth a conversation:
- Data recovery on older phones. If you have a phone older than the iPhone 8 and just need the data off it, we can often still help — even when a full repair doesn’t make sense.
- An honest second opinion. Not sure if something is worth fixing? Ask us. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you — and point you toward a better option.
