I've been a customer of iGeek for a little over a decade. From its humble beginnings before it opened its shop to 2025, the service has never wavered in quality and care for the customer. Many years ago, I had several problems with my old prebuilt gaming PC; right out of the box, it came loaded with Windows 8 (which I didn't want), and it kept rolling the BIOs back to factory settings no matter how many times they were fixed, and after the root of the problem was taken care of, everything ran smoothly. That was very stressful, but some years later, more problems arose: the failure of a graphics card, the necessary upgrade from an HDD to an SSD, and the replacement of a weak power supply for a better one.
