How a mail-in repair runs.
- Step 01
Start with the form
Pick your device and what went wrong, add your address, and pay for the prepaid label. It covers standard shipping to our shop and back.
- Step 02
Mail it to the shop
Back up your data if the device still turns on, pack it so nothing moves inside the box, tape the label on and drop it at any Post Office.
- Step 03
Diagnosis, then a price
We find the fault, price the work and wait for your approval before any work starts. The device goes back out to you once it is finished. Ask about turnaround when you check in; it depends on the repair and parts availability.

What's covered
30-day standard warranty; 90 days on aftermarket OLED and Apple original phone screens and on the one screen we offer for the iPhone 11 and X series and the iPhone SE (2nd or 3rd generation); none on other aftermarket LCD screens.

Diagnostic: $49 for phones, tablets, Macs, everyday Windows laptops and desktops, game consoles and most other devices. Diagnostic: $99 for gaming PCs and laptops, custom-built PCs, a graphics card on its own, liquid damage, data recovery, board repair and unusual devices such as printers and drones. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair when you approve it.
