We'll explain your part options before you decide.

  1. Design it in 3D

    Answer four quick questions and we design a build for your budget, or pick every part yourself. The machine builds itself on screen as you go, with today's price for each part.

  2. Send the build to the shop

    Tap Send this build, leave your name, phone and email, and choose a written quote or a time to come in. The full parts list reaches a technician at our Elk Grove shop.

  3. Approve the list, then we build it

    We check what we can get right now and come back to you with every part named. Nothing is ordered until you tell us the list is right. Then it is assembled and load tested here before you collect it.

How are the prices worked out?
Each part is priced at what it sells for today, plus our build and setup fee, which covers assembly, a Windows 11 Home license and the Windows install. Sales tax applies to the parts only. Part prices move from week to week, so a technician confirms the list with you before anything is ordered, and every build has our one-year warranty.
Can I change parts after I send the build?
Yes. The list you send is a starting point. Swap the card, change the case or ask what else would do the job, and the quote follows. Every part is confirmed with you before we buy anything.
Can I use parts I already own?
Customer-supplied parts are accepted, with no warranty or guarantee on the supplied part. Tell us which ones when we go over your quote.
Where is the PC built, and how do I get it?
It is assembled at our shop on Elk Grove Blvd and run under load before it goes anywhere. You collect it from the shop when it is ready. Local delivery: Available. Call (916) 627-1818 for details.
How long does a build take?
Ask about turnaround when you check in; it depends on the repair and parts availability.
Can I come in and talk it through first?
Walk-ins welcome. Appointments welcome. Quote requests welcome. Choose Book a time to come in when you send your build, or stop by the shop: Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, Sat 10am-3pm, Sun closed.
